  • What is the process for requesting a campus shuttle, and how reliable is the service for students with mobility needs?
  • Are there alternative paths for steep inclines or stairs that are clearly marked and well-maintained year-round?
  • What is the university’s policy if infrastructure like an elevator or lift fails?
  • Are there emergency evacuation plans for students with mobility limitations?
  • Are accessibility-related costs (housing modifications, transportation) included or extra?​
  • Are campus theaters, athletic facilities, and student centers designed for wheelchair use?
  • How often do elevators go out of service?
  • Are accessible rooms ever reassigned or changed last minute?
  • Are there classrooms where wheelchair seating is separate or limited?
  • Do professors typically understand accommodations, or do students have to push for them?
  • Do sidewalks flood, ice over, or become hard to use in certain conditions?
  • Do automatic doors ever get turned off or locked at certain times?
  • Can students get priority registration to avoid impossible schedules?
  • Are accessible bathrooms consistently available in every building
